By placing an order with LoyaltyMart Phones & Gadgets you agree to the terms below.
Orders
Submitting the checkout form creates an order request, not a binding sale. Every order is confirmed by our team on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch. Prices and stock are subject to change until your order is confirmed.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT where applicable. We accept bank transfer, debit card and, in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, cash or transfer on delivery. We will only ever share account details through our official WhatsApp line.
Delivery
Delivery takes 1-3 working days nationwide, and is often same day within Lagos for orders confirmed before 2pm. Delivery fees are shown at checkout and are waived on orders above ₦150,000. Delays caused by incorrect addresses or unreachable phone numbers are not our responsibility.
Warranty
Devices carry a 12 month warranty covering manufacturer defects. Accessories carry a 3 month replacement warranty. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, or damage caused by misuse.
Returns and replacements
Inspect your item on delivery. If it is faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days for a replacement. Items must be returned with their original packaging and accessories.
Product images and descriptions
We work to keep images and specifications accurate, but colours and packaging may vary slightly by production batch. Where a listing contains an obvious error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.
