Yes. Every device we sell is 100% original and factory sealed unless clearly listed otherwise. We verify IMEI and serial numbers before dispatch and you are welcome to confirm them on the manufacturer's website.

Do you deliver nationwide?

We deliver to all 36 states and the FCT. Lagos deliveries usually arrive same day or next day, and other states take 1-3 working days.

Can I pay on delivery?

Pay on delivery is available in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. For other states we ask for payment or a part-payment before dispatch, then you pay the balance on arrival.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all devices carry a 12 month LoyaltyMart warranty covering manufacturer defects. Accessories carry a 3 month replacement warranty.

Can I return an item?

You can request a replacement within 7 days if the item is faulty or different from what you ordered, provided it is in its original packaging.
